Long description:

This wand is of quality that cannot be made by mortal hand. Every detail of the wand is absolutely perfect and there aren't any mistakes anywhere. The entire wand is decorated with bone and skull motif, and the eye sockets of the skulls hold tiny red gems that burn with inner fire. The whole wand seems really dreadful. A stunningly marvelous icon of earth made of solid gold has been attached on the end of it.

It looks like some sort of bludgeoning weapon.

It most closely resembles a mace.

It is of marvelous quality, and it is in perfect condition.

It seems medium sized and light weight.

NOTE: Since this item (and the vestment) are rather essential for Earth Priests, a wizard sanctioned a mention to be added to icewiki of where and how the quest chain starts: Earth priest guild master, Davorisk. "Ask Davorisk about power". This quest chain can be done multiple times and stopped at any point so you can have multiple wands and vestments (tho having more than 1 vestment is probably useless).
