The skill hex gives the warlocks and witches insights about different curses. It is the only skill that affects curses directly, mostly because if one is evil enough, one surely knows how to curse efficiently. Nevertheless this skill aids the caster in the cursing process, and causes the curses to last longer, even boosts their effect a bit.
