This skill is automatically in use if you have chosen to use 'accurate' combat style. You can change your combat style by using the 'battle -c' command. Using this combat style it is a lot easier to score hits, but swinging your weapon accurately takes a bit more time than usual.

At 100% skill it changes:

Weapon's hit speed by -5%

Weapon's hit chance by +15%

It doesn't affect hit damage.

Parry and dodge chance by -10%
