The combat style aiming strives for hitting the opponent, but only when it is feasible to concentrate purely on that. The flexibility of this style allows you to score a lot more hits, also increasing the speed and power of your attacks very slightly, but leaving your defence somewhat impaired.
At 100% skill it changes:

Weapon's hit chance by +10%
Hit damage by +5%
Parry and dodge chance by -20%
