This command is for reporting BUGS and anything you think might be a bug interfering with your gameplay. If you wish to make a report of something which is not an object or a room, but something general instead, use bug create 'insert desc here'. But always TRY to point it to objects, rooms or similar since it helps the tracking a lot as it gives the filename automatically where the problem is.
