This skill is automatically in use.
The style of combat known as 'deft' is usually used when you want to increase the effectiveness of your defensive maneuvers, but don't want to be cut off from the other elements of battle.
At 100% skill it changes:
Weapon's hit speed by -3%
It does not affect hit chance.
Hit damage by -3%
Parry and dodge chance by +20%
