Usage: mon [on | off]
mon [party]
This is a tool to monitor your HP/SP/EP when they change. You will be
informed every time your HP/SP/EP has changed somewhat.
You can activate the monitor by doing 'mon on' and deactivate it with
'mon off'. Without an argument it will toggle the normal monitor
on or off. With the argument 'party' it toggles party monitoring on and
off. You can only have party monitoring or basic monitoring on.
