Quick Start Guide

Icesus can be played with any text-based terminal program (telnet). They are available on all operating system platforms. We recommend using a specially designed MUD client, such as RoaClient or ZMud.

Hint: Download a MUD client for best gaming experience.

Connecting

Open a connection to Icesus. The host name is icesus.org. The IP address is 83.150.67.106, but you should not need it. The game resides on ports number 23 (the default telnet port) and 2023. Use either one.

Host: icesus.org | Port: 23 After you're connected, you'll see the welcome screen. From there on you can create a character for yourself. Enter the desired name to the prompt. You can proceed with character creation if the name is not already taken.
