Rumination is used along with meditation and it is taught relatively early to all psionicists. When a psionicist meditates he goes over in the mind repeatedly and often casually and slowly to regain his mental integrity and to regenerate his psionic strength a lot faster than normal. Regaining mental integrity and psionic strength while meditating is quite impossible without knowledge in rumination thus making this skill very valuable for every psionicist as toying with psionic powers can be very stressing for a psionicist's mind.
