Curses are, by their very design, nearly impossible to destroy. Some people have learned how to transfer a curse from a person into an object, thus freeing the person from the effects of the curse.

This is a difficult process and requires a valuable object to accept the curse.

This object will be horribly perverted by the process and should not be used again.

The 'break curse' spell can be used to study a curse in detail by casting it at an afflicted person, and can then be used to break the curse by:

cast break curse at <person> with <object> [AND <object>]

The caster will want to be careful, a failed curse breaking can seriously injure the cursed one, possibly killing them if they are not in peak shape.

A successful curse lifting is a kind and generous act.
