This is the first mastery skill taught to the ice mages, as a more effective way to control and focus the freezing magics to their spells, thus increasing the magic stored in the spell. When the spell hits the target, it naturally releases the energies stored to spell, so the damage is dependant on the amount of energy. With this skill the mage can make his cold-based spells far deadlier, and the increased amount of energy the mage can store to his spell is dependant on his stats, and naturally the expertise of this skill.
