Similar to 'slow animal', this spell is a powerful druidic spell that prevents most animals from making any hostile movements, such as attacks. Its effect is instantenous, and trained spellcasters may hold the target for a longer period of time. However, since this is a druidic spell, the animal can flee and move otherwise freely. The spell only prevents it from attacking.
