Mean ratling which seems to be the leader of thieves

This being is even worse than normal ratlings. It has horrible scars all over its body and lots of other gruesome injuries. His left eye is missing and there is only open hole in its place and it seems that it has caught some kind of disease. Yet it seems that these terrible wounds doesn't bother him at all. Still he swings his weapons with extreme skill and he seems to be so skilled that he even holds one of them with his tail. His clothes are in very poor condition and it seems that they have been torn in combat.

He seems to have a familiar aura of prestige.

He is a ratling (humanoid) and medium of size.
