By mentally linking with other psionicists, they can form a psychic collegium in which they are able share their knowledge of certain skills and psionicist disciplines with the other psionicists. Members of the collegium must have at least basic knowledge about the spell or skill to gain further knowledge about it from the collegium. The collegium works only if the participants are close to each other and the person who becomes a mental beacon is present. The discipline works so that one of the psionicsts casts the spell on himself and becomes a beacon for the collegium and then the others cast the spell on him to join the collegium.
