With this discipline a psionicist is able to unnaturally strengthen the self-confidence of his allies so that they are able to go way beyond their normal capabilities. The actual effect of the boosted ego varies a lot from a person to another but it will certainly always be very beneficial for him. This discipline requires that the target is probed by the psionicists or by one of his mentally linked allies.

This discipline can affect whole party at the same time by casting it at 'party'. 

This discipline is related to elemental Antimagic.
