This spell is offensive.

Razor shards is one of the basic offensive spells taught to the water priests. The priest gathers elemental energy of water to turn humidity of air into a frozen globe that he sends hurling towards his foes. Somewhere on the way it breaks up into millions of razor sharp shards that can do devastating wounds and cuts. Blood magi are especially fond of using this spell as it allows them to more easily gather necessary life energy for other spells and purposes.
