This skill is automatically used by the 'perform' command when you are performing the 'rite of incitation'. Rite of incitation is generally used by the most powerful mages of Valkor. This rite, when used properly, causes the next offensive spell the mage casts to alter the magical balance around himself and his allies. This alteration causes mana from the spell to linger around more easily, allowing casters to exploit it more of then to their own needs. Rite uses magic jelly as a component.
