The skill scourge raises the efficiency of magic flow when one converts one's inner magic into a deadly poison. The skill is the basic skill for any warlock or witch who is using scourge-type spells and magical poisons. Without the skill one may be able to conjure some magical poison, but it is much weaker and will fade more quickly than when one has truly mastered the skill.
