With spell surge a water priest conjures up small amount of Albila's power and uses it to create a perfect and deadly icicle, infused with the godly power that he then sents hurling towards his opponents. Being a minor offensive frost spell although is not its main purpose. Infusion of elemental energy into the icicle leaves a visible trail of energy floating in the air that serves as a conduit for water priests own channeling abilities, allowing him to strike his already injured opponent instantly with his channeled spells. Highly trained blood magi, infused with enough life energy are able to deliver soul phthisis spellbinding instantly with the spell upon their enemies. When spellbinded the spell creates a massive surge arcane energy resulting in huge blast of arcane energy.
