As water priests are often confronted in melee and their only weapon is channeling they are taught spells to hinder their foes' offensive capabilities. Unseen manacles uses arcane strands of elemental energy to bind and hold the priest's foe and disturb his attacking, making hitting for them a lot more difficult. The manacles also slowly strangle and suffocate the person.
