Use

Syntax: use <skill [at <target>]> <'skill' [<target>]> <info>
Type 'use info' to find out which skill you are concentrating on.
Typing 'use stop' will break your concentration, both spells and skills.

You can also use items in your inventory and object in environment if they
have some special features that can be used.
