This spell is offensive.

This is an offensive command for malevolent spirits. This is the weakest offensive command for malevolent spirits. Rather than letting it take more corporeal form this command allows the spirit's presence to flow from the scepter to the room. Rather than attacking physically the spirit takes a single target and screams out all frustration and pain it's tormented and caged presence is holding inside. The wail is so great that it has ever psionic as well as sonic effect. Sphere of warding protects from this spell.
