While fanaticism is to be utterly passionate for one's cause on an emotional level zealotry instead is same kind of passion but it comes from thorough studies in religious scripture and knowing them by heart. This gives a priest passion and faith behind his words and his prayers and preaching will not go unnoticed and unheard. Knowledge in zealotry also allows one to channel his religious fervor into his doings often to perform miraculous feats that would not be possible for mere mortals without this faith. Still for most people there is no difference between fanaticism and zealotry and think that these religious zealots are just dangerous madmen, which of course often is fairly correct assumption.

Zealotry affects the amount of fury you can use and damage of spells.
