Long description:

This dreadful flail of shadows feeds from combat. Its powers grow from bloodshed and destruction, every time you use it in combat its powers will grow. The stored energy evaporates when you'll have to unwield the flail of shadows. You can also use the stored energies to perform different actions. You can check the amount of energy with command 'check power' and release the stored energies with command 'use flail'. But remember: every time you perform some action the weapon has to feed again.
