This axe is no doubt made by some Gaesati smiths. The dragonbone handle of it is fully decorated with animal and shapeshifting related figures except the handle part which is wrapped in animal leather. The blade is crafted of fine steel and is decorated with complex ornamental line figures that have been engraved on it.
