Introduction

The Infecti are very mysterious, and are known to have unbelievable power. The source of their power is also a mystery, but it has been nicknamed an 'infection'. These Infecti are said to control various psionic powers, and are greatly feared by both good and evil creatures, thus making them shunned everywhere in the valley.

The Infection, purposefully and rarely given from one Infecti to one of his choosing, is both powerful and frightening at the same time. Whilst the infection grants the person extraordinary abilities, he or she will be plagued with terrifying thoughts, hallucinations, internal voices, and seizures for the rest of their lives. Every each of Infecti are more or less insane because of this. The best word to describe an Infecti is a walking nightmare, both to his victims, and to their tormented selves.

Mind tyrants are the greatest of all psionicists capable of awesome miraculous feats by using their immense power of mind. Cerebral assassins

Cerebral assassins are small group of psionicists who have moved to safety of Graemor, possibly because they lived in there before they were taken to the asylum. Many of them have studied under Ceawin's training and are now skilled in combining their psychic abilities with melee prowess. Because of this they are often called Mind or cerebral assassins and working as an assassin that has many advantages over common assassin.

Czar's royal guard

Czar's royal guard are hand-picked by himself to protect him from all kinds of dangers. He favours psionicists because of their extraordinary abilities and because they aren't hindered by the means that hinder magic users. It is also rumoured that he himself is an extremely strong psionicist, which would explain quite a lot of things. The royal guard are highly trained fighters, both in melee and psionic combat but they also must learn the etiquette of the royal court and of course to supress insanity. The epitome of the spells taught to Czar's royal guards is known to allow them to transcend into psionical beings of great power. Still only a very small, selected group of the royal guard ever see the Czar himself and the rest serve for other purposes in his court.

Secondary Guild

Inborn psionicists

Eventhough Infecti psionicists are the most well-known masters of the mind in the valley many other people show signs of various mental powers. They usually try to hide them and learn to suppress them so that they can continue living on their lives in at least somewhat normally, although many of them eventually go utterly insane. Some seek for guidance to their madness and they come here to either learn to suppress their ability in a right way or to hone and make some use out of it.
